Return and Refunds
By law, a change of mind or buyer’s remorse is not a legal reason to return any purchases. We operate in the Philippines and we are governed by its laws, not other countries' retail laws or practices.
Returns for products that may have been deemed defective are always welcome. We will honor this and so will our suppliers.
But as a general rule, we do not accept returns for any purchase especially when we are dealing with gear used in salt, fresh or chlorinated water generally does not allow any exchange.
We will only accept a return in the event that a purchase warrants a claim due to a manufacturing defect. In this case, we reserve the right to inspect the goods in question when the product is returned to us complete with the original packaging. In some cases, only the manufacturer can evaluate the claim whereas in some cases, the defective product must be sent back to the country of manufacture. Usually, it will take 1-2 weeks of lead time before the product reaches the manufacturer before they can evaluate it.
We CANNOT offer you a refund of your purchase, in which case we will repair defective item/s and return them to you. A buyer’s preference for a direct or immediate replacement is not possible without our company's service inspection or our supplier's approval. With the latter needing more time. In this day and age, we normally process this by using photos /videos and sending them to the supplier in the interest of saving time to make sure you will be able to use the product at the soonest possible time. In the event, we do not have an available exact product as your original purchase, we may be able to offer an exchange of another item equal to or more than your original purchase where the difference will have to pay in full by the buyer.
Occasionally, as accommodation and promotion of goodwill, the company may approve product returns but will incur a 25% restocking fee that will be charged to the buyer.
Pre-ordered items cannot be exchanged for any other item as the products are ordered specifically for your needs.
More often than not, a quick visit to where you purchase your gear will allow us to remedy the problem without cost to you. We are more interested to help you out and remedy the situation at the soonest possible time.
Return/Warranty Policies
All new purchases made from Tusa Philippine are covered by the manufacturer's warranty from defects for 1 year for normal use. In the event our products are used for rental purposes, the warranty is 6 months. Apparel is not covered by the equipment warranty.
Abuse and misuse are not covered by a warranty. Please check product manuals and your instructors on the proper use of equipment.
In the event of a valid warranty claim, we will normally repair it locally and have it back working in proper condition. A replacement is only an option when the product is beyond repair and approved by our suppliers.

Creating an Order
Please make sure that you are careful and accurate in choosing sizes or colors on purchases as we will only follow what you choose online. If a wrong size or color was chosen, shipping costs of product for return to us and shipping of replacement product to you will be to the account of the buyer. We will bill you for this separately and will ship once payment is confirmed.
Payment
Cash is accepted when the transaction is made thru bank deposit as an option in the check-out portion of the purchase. As perusing Tusa Philippines online shopping, most credit/debit cards are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full before we can ship the goods. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. Transactions cannot be canceled or terminated once payment is made.

Technical Issues: Incorrect Pricing and Stock Availability.
There may be instances where the stated price or quantity of an item is incorrect due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to correct the pricing online, validate the pricing applied to your order, and/or cancel the order if there is no stock available. We’ll send you an email about the price discrepancy via email or contact you via phone call to alert you of this kind of situation. At this point, we shall give you the option to cancel or to proceed with the order based on the updated pricing and/or stock availability.
Receiving an order
Carefully inspect that all of your order is complete and in good order. If you suspect something is damaged, please take photos of the condition it came in and send them to us by email. Notify us within 2 days of the receipt of shipment. Keep all packaging materials, cards, manuals, and accessories for verification. More detailed photos will help. DO NOT THROW ANY PORTION OF THE PACKAGING OR HOW IT WAS PACKED.
Insurance is provided when we ship our orders locally using tried and tested courier facilities such as LBC Express. In the event of any claims due to a damaged shipment, please notify us about it immediately and we will assist in your application for a claim from the courier service. Insurance claims for shipments must be directed to the courier. Our role is to assist you where we can assure you that you get the utmost help.
Freight Cost
We have chosen the most reliable courier service in the country where the best possible freight costs are achieved while retaining the speedy quality of service. When indicated, we also offer free shipping for purchases made with various combinations of our products or minimum value purchase value that will allow us to ship for free to you.
Considering that the Philippines has an estimated 7,100 islands, we cannot guarantee delivery in a specific number of days as transportation in far-off or more exotic locations may be difficult. From experience, the courier will choose the nearest branch where you may physically claim the package yourself. We are not liable for any loss in money, time, or profits in the event this happens or when shipments are delayed that may have been caused by cancellation/delay of transport in your location or simply acts of God which we don’t have control over.
Force Majeure
Tusa Philippines shall not be liable to the other party or customer for any failure to perform any obligation under any agreement or inconvenience, loss of money, or similar but not limited to, which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, an act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the delay of delivery or fulfillment of an order.
